For those of you who feel stuck and unsure of how to reach your desired goals or those of you who don't know where to begin to even formulate goals... this is the program for you. This program encompasses fitness training with health coaching as an entirety to help you round out your lifestyle transformation. This program can be done individually or with the help and support of a friend or partner.

Our goal in this program is to help you transform your current lifestyle habits to healthy lifestyle habits. You are encouraged to lose weight at a healthy pace of about 2 pounds per week and keep it off with the knowledge of how to maintain and continue your new healthy way of living after completing this program.

There is a one-time registration fee for this program due to the handouts, materials, books, recipes, food samples, and etc. that are included.

Partner training is one of the best motivating ways to train. Research shows that 80% of people believe they're more likely to fit in workouts and stick to their routines if they partner up. Even better, a study from the University of Pittsburgh reports that women who exercised with a pal lost a third more weight than those who hit the gym solo. This is called competition by most people. Competing against a buddy is so much more challenging when you are determined to be the winner.

Training with a partner ups your accountability and intensity. You are less likely to cancel or skip your training session and there's a better chance that you won't skip the more difficult exercise. O the other hand, you are more likely to push through those last grueling reps that you may have let slide if you were training solo.
